The bright and friendly apartment is on the ground floor with a wonderful view to the local mountain “Gartnerkofel” and the ski area. The apartment has one bedroom, this is furnished with a double bed and in the living room, it has a double sofa bed with mattress. In the living area, you can also find a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable dining area. The renovated bathroom has a shower and toilet. Access to the apartment by the balcony with a nice seat possibility.

• 4-plate electric stove with oven

• refrigerator with freezer
