The generous apartment is located on the second floor. From your own balcony you can enjoy an awesome view to the local mountain Gartnerkofel and the ski area.  It has a nice living room with a sofa-bed (140 cm) and TV. The kitchen is separate and is furnished with a full equipped  kitchenette and a very comfortable corner seat. The bigger bedroom has a king-size box-spring bed and TV and the smaller one has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and towel dryer. The apartment also has a separate second toilet.

• 4-plate electric stove with oven

• refrigerator with freezer

• dish washer

• microwave, toaster, kettles, filter coffee machine, egg boiler
